Mint in a meal—In the interest of variety, you might want to switch from basil to mint pesto this summer, as we did last weekend, cut a pocket in a 2 inch-thick piece of swordfish, stuff it with Sauces ‘n Love’s homemade paste, top with sprinkled bread crumbs and a few squeezes of lemon, bake for 13 minutes at 400 degrees—and you’re rockin’. Or just be conservative and toss the mint pesto with rigatoni or penne. It will make your meal.
