Fresh Veggies with Barely Bolognese
- 1 Jar Barely Bolognese Sauce
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 3 Large Zucchini
- 2 Red Onions
- 1/4 Cup e.v. Olive Oil
- Cut vegetables into 6 wedges each: Toss vegetables in e.v. olive oil.
- Sauté vegetables until slightly charred in spots, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Add Barely Bolognese sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
