Fresh Veggies with Barely Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar Barely Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 3 Large Zucchini
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1/4 Cup e.v. Olive Oil

 

Preparation:

  1. Cut vegetables into 6 wedges each: Toss vegetables in e.v. olive oil.
  2. Sauté vegetables until slightly charred in spots, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add Barely Bolognese sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
