“Arrabbiata” means “angry” in Italian, that’s because it’s a spicy tomato sauce! The heat comes from habanero peppers. When we sauté them with garlic, the kitchen smells at its best. Parsley and marjoram are used as palate cleansers and help neutralize the heat of the habanero pepper.
