Chicken’n Love
Ingredients:
- Chicken Fillets – 4
- Sauces’n Love Puttanesca – 16oz (1 container)
- Cherry Tomatoes – 1 box
- Mesculin Mix – 4 large handfuls
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
- In a pan, heat up a couple of table spoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and put them in the pan over medium heat.
- Turn the fillets after 2–3 minutes.
- Dress the mesclun mix with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan.
- Pour the container of Sauces’n Love Puttanesca in the pan and stir for about 1 minute.
- Plate the fillets topped with the sauce on one side of the dish salad on the other side.
