Parmesan Herbed Polenta with Sauces’n Love Sugo Rosa Sauce

Ingredients:

  • One Jar Sauces’n Love Sugo Rosa Sauce
  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine milk and cornmeal in large saucepan.
  2. Whisk over high heat until mixture comes to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until polenta thickens, whisking often, about 15 minutes.
  4. Follow heating instructions on the jar of Sauces’n Love Sugo Rosa.
  5. Add rosemary and cheeses to polenta; whisk until cheeses melt. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide polenta onto 4 plates and spoon over Sugo Rosa.
